Happy New Year!

Happy New Calendar!  One of my favorite things about the new year is it’s a fresh new everything. And as I’m currently in the process of making the house fresh and new (not ACTUALLY…. But you know, the customary and impulsive cleaning and organizing that a new year brings) I’m excited to show you the new 2018 easel calendar!

I really do enjoy making these calendars. Here is the January edition for you today:

These adorable lanterns come from the Color Me Happy stamp set. I got lots of practice with the new Stampin’ Blends markers (the alcohol based markers that replaced the Blendabilities). I am SO happy to be able to have these markers again. They make coloring so much more fun.  I also dabbed a bit of Wink of Stella glimmer on each of them… Cause glitter makes everything much more festive. Hard to see… But this photo makes it a little better:

And as in years past, Anne and Cheryl will be joining me again for a little 2018 calendar tour! So you will be able to see three different takes on each month! Hope you enjoy!  Click the links to see what Anne and Cheryl made for you!
